At ChewCentral, we follow a very simple and consumer friendly Refund Policy:

  1. All unopened products can be returned for a refund within 10 days of the delivery date.
  2. Products can also be returned if they were found to be defective in any way. The defect shall be confirmed by our Customer Service Agent before the refund is initiated.
  3. To Return any product kindly send us an email to woof@chewcentral.com and we would be glad to help you.
  4. Notwithstanding to any other refund policy mentioned above, all decision regarding refund are at the discretion of the management.
