At ChewCentral, we follow a very simple and consumer friendly Refund Policy:
- All unopened products can be returned for a refund within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Products can also be returned if they were found to be defective in any way. The defect shall be confirmed by our Customer Service Agent before the refund is initiated.
- To Return any product kindly send us an email to woof@chewcentral.com and we would be glad to help you.
- Notwithstanding to any other refund policy mentioned above, all decision regarding refund are at the discretion of the management.
